We welcome volunteers who are interested in coaching! All potential volunteers must complete a background check and fulfill any required training through Virginia Beach Parks and Recreation before being eligible to coach. The league provides all the necessary equipment to play, including uniforms, pads, and helmets. The only item you’ll need to provide is a pair of cleats.
We prioritize player safety with proper coaching, age-appropriate drills, and certified equipment. All coaches emphasize safe tackling techniques.
Teams typically practice 3-4 days a week and play their games on Saturdays.
All of our teams—Junior, Intermediate, and Senior—practice at Princess Anne Elementary School. This central location helps keep our program organized and makes it easier for families with players in different age groups.
